The SOSF will actively build cooperative partnerships and strategic alliances with churches, schools, the local judicial system and the courts as well as probation offices, social services and other non-profit organizations who serve and/or refer youth for the types of services we offer. We will also seek to "associate for mutual benefit" with agencies, public, private, governmental and non-profit organizations and other entities who have a desire to work with the SOSF.
Whenever possible the SOSF will receive as a donation, "space" to work out of where there is no cost to us. In other cases, especially as we evolve, the SOSF will sub-lease or lease our own facility space. Our intentions are to keep our overhead low for as long as we can.
Our strategy is to form associations, cooperative partnerships and strategic alliances with those who need the SOSF as a referral resource providing us with a conduit for an almost constant Client flow. We elaborate on this subject on page 10 of this presentation titled "Client Gateways."
